Terms and Conditions

These terms are effective from 1 July 2008 and govern all orders made (whether through Sunglass Hut website or otherwise) with Sunglasshut.co.uk ("Sunglass Hut") registered in England under number 2767938 whose registered office is at 200 hammersmith Road, London, W6 7DL. All correspondence should be addressed to Sunglass Hut, 200 Hammersmith Road, London, UK. You accept these terms on behalf of all orders placed.
Any order placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant product subject to these conditions. A contract between you and Sunglass Hut shall only come into existence once we have issued a confirmation invoice referring to the relevant order reference number after we have received a payment in full. We reserve the right to refuse, at our sole discretion, any order you place with us.
Payment in full is required at the time of order. Payment should be made through Sunglass Hut’s website by credit or debit card.
Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling.
Sunglass Hut does not endorse or recommend any particular product. Reasonable care has been taken that the content of this website is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice. All content on this website (including information about products, and images) is published in good faith but you acknowledge that Sunglass Hut cannot check the accuracy of all information provided by its suppliers.
Our privacy statement is incorporated into these terms. From time to time we randomly record telephone calls as a security measure and to monitor and improve customer service. We may also use your contact details to inform you of our products including special offers that we think may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your contact information to send details of our products to you please let us know in an email to customerservice@uk.sunglasshut.com
You may cancel or amend your order at any time before it has shipped by sending an email to customerservice@uk.sunglasshut.com with your order reference. You can also call our team on 020 85156700 for any changes.
Changes to your order due to stock availability. It is unlikely that we will have a situation where a product advertised In Stock is not available. Occasionally suppliers withdraw products from the market with no notice. We will advise you immediately if this happens and do our upmost to find a suitable alternative product request for us to do this. We also reserve the right in any cancel your order in these circumstances and you can either have a refund of all monies paid to us or accept an offer of alternative model.
Complaints regarding our services, or products must be brought to our attention by email to customerservice@uk.sunglasshut.com within a reasonable time and we will investigate and respond to your complaint within 14 working days.
Sunglass Hut shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control. The following shall be regarded as examples of such circumstances: act of God, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, revolution, the act of any government or authority, fire, flood, lightning, explosion, fog or bad weather, interruption or failure of a utility service (including but not limited to electricity, gas, water or telecommunications), renovations, strikes, lockouts or boycotts, embargo, blockade.
Sunglass Hut reserves the right to change these terms from time to time.
Your order is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The order confirmation and these terms represent the entire agreement between Sunglass Hut and you.
Except as otherwise provided in these order terms and conditions, your statutory rights are not affected.
