Total Peace of Mind: Breakage Protection Guarantee (BPG)
Accidents happen but that shouldn't mean you can't enjoy your new sunglasses. Bring
your sunglasses into one of our stores within 6 months of purchase and we will be
happy for you to exchange them for the same pair, or a pair of equal value (if the
same pair is not available), for 50% of the full, original retail price. You can enjoy this offer
anytime in the first 6 months on full price goods only, providing you have your
original receipt.
This offer may only be used once in the 6 months.
We always make every effort to ensure that your purchase will make you feel cool
and confident in your style.
If your sunglasses have a manufacturing fault within warranty, please return to
any of our stores where we will be happy to offer you credit, an exchange or a refund.
We will offer you a full refund or exchange on unwanted or faulty goods (not including accidental damage / scratched lenses or crystals) within 7 days of purchase with theoriginal receipt and only if the black Sunglass Hut tag is still attached to the bridge of the sunglasses. The product and packaging must be in a saleable condition.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original method of payment.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Internet Orders: Return & Refund Policies
Damaged Goods
You must notify us by email customerservice@uk.sunglasshut.com within 48 hours, and we will advise you how to return the product and offer a replacement product. You must return the goods to us within 7 days, we recommend recorded delivery. You will be reimbursed for any reasonable postage costs.

Damaged goods presented for return, must be accompanied by a copy of the original shipment receipt. Please take precautions against additional damage to the merchandise you are returning. See condition of returns below.
Unwanted Purchases
If you ordered a product and then decide that you don't require it, you may return it and we will gladly refund your card, minus any shipping or handling charges. You must notify us by email customerservice@uk.sunglasshut.com within 48 hours of receiving goods, and we will advise you how to return the product.
You must return the goods to us within 7 days, we recommend recorded delivery. You will be not be reimbursed for postage but you are responsible for any returns that may be lost during posting. If you do not have proof that we received, i.e. signed for the item, we will not refund you if we do not receive the item.

Conditions of Return
- All products returned, must have the security tag, attached by string to the nose bridge, still affixed. This can only be removed by cutting the string, and doing so will invalidate any refund entitlement.
- For unwanted, undamaged items, they must be in the original box with all original packing materials, and any other materials that came with the item. The product must be received in ORIGINAL RESALEABLE CONDITION.
- We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable charge for any damage caused by you or damage caused in the process of returning the item to us.
